Absolutely horrible burger joint. Spent $43 for 2 burgers and 1 fry and 1 water. The burgers were absolutely 100 RAW still bloody and cold in the middle. The staff didn't seem to care at all and got aggravated that we had told them the burgers were under cooked. NEVER AGAIN

A disgrace to the Delux name, if you have eaten at the Delux restaurant in Phoenix before, you will be disappointed here. Service was great, food terrible and tastes like it came from McDonalds not Delux.

Ordered Classic burger + bacon and specifically stated no cheese. They didn’t get burger right. So now 30 minutes later still waiting and considering a refund. Don’t like shredded lettuce. Girl that took order tells me I didn’t say no cheese. Here is ticket of what I ordered and SHE entered. Smh. Not coming back!
